as a first-time home buyer, you can often be overwhelmed by the excess of information. we strive to make homeownership simple. check out our answers to some frequently asked buyer questions below. Top 3 Frequently Asked Buyer Questions:

  1. I really want to buy a home, but haven’t saved a lot of money for my down payment. do i have options? 

    Yes, there are programs and loans that you may be eligible for that can help offset your down payment.

  2. My credit is low. what should I aim for to be eligible for homeownership?

    My advice is to aim for a minimum of 640. Of course, the higher the better, however my team and I have a "Clear to Close" program that assists clients experiencing credit challenges. Please contact us for more information and to enroll into the program. 

  3. What price point can I buy for around $1,200 a month?
    Your mortgage will vary based on interest rates, taxes, etc. However on average you may be able to qualify for a home ranging from $160k-$180k. Contact my preferred lender to see what you are eligible for.
