Meet Shade’ Cannie-Swain

Shade’ Cannie-Swain is a graduate of the University of West Georgia, where she received her B.A. in Public Relations and Marketing. Upon graduation, Shade’ quickly realized that she wanted to use the skills she’d acquired in her marketing and public relations courses in the world of real estate. Leaning on these skills to make the sometimes daunting process of buying and/or selling a home a lot more enjoyable.

A Georgia native, she is devoted to serving the needs of real estate buyers and sellers throughout the Middle Georgia area. Shade’ is celebrated for her strong knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and customer service. She is dedicated to helping you realize the full potential of your real estate investment while tailoring your journey to your own style, taste, and needs.

Shade’ became a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. during her collegiate career. A sorority built on principles of sisterhood and service, Shade’ continues to walk in that light and serve the community through her nonprofit organization, Swain Scholars Foundation. The organization awards underserved African American high school seniors with college scholarships.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Shade’ is a proud wife and mother. Since marrying her soulmate and becoming a mom to a wonderful son, she has experienced firsthand the joy of building a family and a home. Her growing family has deepened her commitment to helping other families find their perfect space to thrive.

When she’s not taking her clients on house tours around Middle GA, Shade’ enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
